Our promises to you

We believe that visiting your vets should be as straightforward and as stress free as possible, not only for your pets, but also for you. We therefore have a set of four promises that we make to all our customers. These are:

1. Sometimes there is more than one course of treatment that is applicable to a given situation. We will always discuss the pros and cons of all reasonable options with you. We will happily recommend a particular option if you ask us to do so.



2. We appreciate that many people have very busy lifestyles. We will therefore always do our utmost to see you and your pet at the time that suits you, even if you have not been able to make an appointment, or wish to visit us at very short notice



3. We will endeavour to estimate as accurately as possible what the cost of any treatment will be. Where it is difficult to predict this, as is, unfortunately, sometimes the case, we will make this clear to you. We will always do our utmost to ensure there are no ‘nasty surprises’ regarding the cost of any treatment given.



4. We will be open and honest about our pricing. We will not quote a low price for a given treatment to win your business, and then add a lot of ‘hidden extras’ to the bill. You will always receive a detailed invoice giving a breakdown of how the cost of any given treatment has been arrived at.
